It's been a long week...
Jul. 22nd, 2005 10:46 pmNot that it has been a bad week. Work has had a bit of added stress but in particular Wed, Thur and Fri evenings were filled with good fun and good company. So it has been a pretty decent week.
However, the body can not live on good times alone. I really haven't gotten enough sleep this week. It's been either up really late, awake really early or both every night since Sunday. And just in case I had any doubts my heart rate shot through the roof tonight, just to make it abundantly clear that I need to slow down and relax.
So, I am going to bed now... turning off the alarm and sleeping as long as my body allows me to sleep. And tomorrow the plan is to just take it slow and easy... Allow the batteries to recharge a little.
