What: Memorial Service and Picnic for Aries

Where: Endicott Park, Danvers, MA
What: Service, Picnic, Beginner's Poi circle, Campfire, S'mores
RSVP: YES!
Parking: There is plenty but there is a $3 fee for non-residents.   $1 for Danvers residents

1pm-ish: Setup Crew
2pm: Prayer & Reading
2:10: Open Floor for comments/readings/stories anyone wants to share
2:30ish-6:00pm Picnic/grilling/games/poi/campfire/s'mores
6-6:30pm Cleanup

What I will provide:                                                       Bring: 
Wood for Campfire                                                      Camp Chairs for around the campfire (there will be picnic tables)
A grill                                                                              Side dish or dessert
Hamburgers                                                                 Anything that you might like to grill
Hot dogs                                                                       Poi (non-fire please)
Grilled Veggies                                                            Frisbee, other outdoor games
Soda
Juice/punch
Ice
Sock poi

THINGS THAT WE COULD USE (if you can loan them for the afternoon):
Microphone/amp setup (would a karaoke machine work?)
An additional grill or two
Dining Canopies in the event of light rain


At the moment we don't have a rain date: so if the weather is bad we will just have it at my house.
