NEED:
2 Bedrooms 
4-5 room - 5 preferable but a large 4 room would work (I am not counting bathrooms as a "Room") 
Gas heat or heat included 
Short walking distance to Public Transit
1 Parking Space 
Washer/Dryer in building or hookups in building

$1200-$1350 for rent - $1400 possible if heat is included. 

Preferred: 
Walking distance to T station 
5+ Rooms
2 Parking Spaces 
Dishwasher
First Floor (This should be for very obvious reasons to anyone who reads our LJs ;-) 

ADDED:  We need to be out by Oct. 1st.  But moving the last weekend in Sept. is preferable.
