Well, this is *really* annoying...

For the second day in a row (Friday and now today) I am caught waiting to hear from a phone interview that was supposed to start at 8am.

Supposedly the guy tried me twice on Friday, but I never got a missed call or a message. It is now 8:25 and once again, I still haven't heard from him.

This is really depressing. The company seems rather cool. My interactions with the HR person have been awesome, but I can't seem to get together with the IT Manager and after tomorrow he's on vacation for two weeks. (not to mention that I really need a permanent job with benefits)

Seconded. If you don't have his number, call the HR person and ask for it.

Yeah; call and say you're making sure he has the correct phone number, since you never got his call or message before.

I did call and apparently the guy had an emergency. I am still waiting to hear if/when they are going to try and reschedule this one.
