I am a Desktop Support professional with 5 years experience, A+ and Network+ certified. Prior to that several years of Customer Service oriented positions.
Job history bounces around a bit from 2000-2004 due to the dotcom bust, but most of my experience is in the Windows environment in companies with anywhere from 50-5000 users. The last 2 years I have worked at a Computer Security company in a Desktop Support role. Hardware & Software break/fix, Active Directory, Printer Support, laptops, desktops, some telephony support.
If you know of any open positions specifically in the Boston or Metro North area (the 128, rt 3, rt 93, rt 495 box) please let me know. My IM is listed in my info or email to sgcerone AT yahoo DOT com.

Position: Help Desk Tech I
Windows XP environment, Mac OSX Tiger, Wireless (Treos and Blackberries), phone experience. We're trying to become a first-call resolution environment, rather than a call center one.
I know a month may be long to wait, but maybe you can stick this note on a calendar and ping me about it then if you're still looking (which, hopefully not, but just in case).
