So, I'm out of a job.

I am a Desktop Support professional with 5 years experience, A+ and Network+ certified. Prior to that several years of Customer Service oriented positions.

Job history bounces around a bit from 2000-2004 due to the dotcom bust, but most of my experience is in the Windows environment in companies with anywhere from 50-5000 users. The last 2 years I have worked at a Computer Security company in a Desktop Support role. Hardware & Software break/fix, Active Directory, Printer Support, laptops, desktops, some telephony support.

If you know of any open positions specifically in the Boston or Metro North area (the 128, rt 3, rt 93, rt 495 box) please let me know. My IM is listed in my info or email to sgcerone AT yahoo DOT com.

You're quite welcome. I didn't know how you felt about using someone else's drugs, but I know how much it sucks being in the middle of an attack without your own nearby, so I thought I would at least offer.
